Chewy Granola Bars

This chewy granola bars recipe is sure to make your week super sweet and fun! I have been uncontrollably indulging on them every single morning ?
They are SO good and you will have to make them to know!
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2Spread out the oats on a baking sheet evenly and roast them for 5-7 minutes just till they turn golden. Add them to a bowl and mix in rice krispies.
3Heat together butter, brown sugar and honey. Bring to a simmer and boil it for 1-2 minutes till frothy. Turn off the heat and add in vanilla and salt. Mix and cool slightly.
4Pour it into the oats-rice krispies mixture and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture cool down further. Add in mini chocolate chips and mix.
5Press the granola mix down firmly into a pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking oil. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6Lift out the granola slab from the pan by holding the foil and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Note:
1You can replace part of the oats/rice krispies/chocolate chips with any nuts or dried fruit of your choice. Just be sure to keep the dry to wet ingredient ratio same.
