Vegan Mayonnaise

As part of the vegan lunch I had cooked one time, I made this Vegan Mayonnaise which had an unbelievable flavor and texture. So here is the recipe for all my fellow vegetarians who follow an egg-free diet.
Directions
1Using an immersion blender, blend together lemon/vinegar, salt and sugar.
2Then add in aquafaba and blend till frothy. Then continue blending while adding in the oil in a very thin stream till all the oil is incorporated. As the oil is added, the mixture will start to thicken up and look white and creamy.
3Once the mayo is thick and no more runny, it is ready. Transfer it to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
*Aquafaba:
1Reserve the water in which chickpeas are boiled, reduce it on the flame till it's thick (almost the consistency of egg white), strain it, refrigerate till chilled and then it is ready to use. It can also be frozen in ice-cube trays, a tablespoon in each hollow. That way you can thaw 3 AF cubes for this recipe.
